Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

We require 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. During capsule releases or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

When will I receive my order?

U.S. orders are typically delivered within approximately one week after shipment. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will assist you.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, we may be unable to modify the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Do you offer exchanges?

We may allow a one-time exchange if inventory permits. Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item or store credit.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of confirmed delivery.

What items are final sale?

Hats, bags, accessories, undergarments, sample sale items, discounted items, and limited capsule releases are final sale and not eligible for exchange.


Product Care

Our garments are made with premium materials. Proper care will preserve fit, color, and structure over time.

How should I wash my Blustone garments?

We recommend:

• Machine wash cold
• Wash inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach
• Do not wash with heavy or abrasive items

How should I dry them?

• Air dry for best longevity
• If using a dryer, tumble dry low
• Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage

Can I iron or steam my garment?

• Iron inside out on low heat if necessary
• Avoid direct heat on prints or graphics
• Steam is recommended for best results

Improper washing or drying may affect fit, color, and fabric integrity.


Product & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our size chart before purchasing. We provide detailed measurements for each product.

Fit preference varies by individual, and we do not guarantee fit. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own for comparison.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some items, especially capsule releases, are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.


Payments & Security

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment providers.

Do you monitor for fraud?

Yes. We monitor transactions to protect both our customers and our brand. Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled.

If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund of the amount paid.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature without liability.


5. Product Information

We attempt to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation across all devices.

All product descriptions, quantities, and availability are subject to change at any time.

Limited capsule releases may have restricted quantities.


6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds.

We may permit a one-time exchange, subject to inventory availability, for:

• A different size of the same item
• Online store credit

Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of confirmed delivery.

Returned items must be received within 7 days of authorization and must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Hats, bags, accessories, undergarments, sample sale items, discounted items, and limited releases are final sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Shipping

We require 1–3 business days for processing and fulfillment.

Delivery times vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Once transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for transit delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees.


8. Fraud & Chargebacks

We actively monitor transactions for fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to cancel high-risk orders.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent refusal of service.

We maintain shipping and delivery confirmation records for all orders.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, designs, graphics, product imagery, branding, and text, is the exclusive property of Blustone and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Acts of government
• Carrier disruptions
• Labor shortages
• Supply chain interruptions
• Internet or platform outages


17. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial.

You agree that any claims shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
