BLUSTONE CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: Febuary 18, 2026

1. Order Finality

All orders placed through Blustone are final.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited for any reason.

Please review your cart, sizing, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

BLUSTONE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns

Blustone does not offer returns or refunds.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all size charts and product measurements prior to purchasing.

Due to variations in fit preferences and body types, we do not guarantee fit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to general sizing dissatisfaction beyond the single exchange permitted under this policy.

3. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Blustone is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

4. Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Blustone monitors transactions for fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious or high risk.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in permanent refusal of future service.

We maintain detailed shipping and delivery confirmation records for all orders and will provide documentation to financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
