Can I return my order?
Blustone does not offer returns or refunds.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. However we will always try to increase customer satisfaction and do offer exchanges.
Exchanges are limited to:
• A different size of the same product
• Online store credit
Only one exchange per order is permitted. After an exchange is completed, the transaction is considered final.
Are all purchases final sale?
All orders placed through Blustone are final.
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited for any reason. (modifications can be made via an exchange)
Please review your cart, sizing, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
When will I get my order?
We operate on a 1-2 day fulfilment period. Often Fulfilling orders within 12 hours of purchase.
Shipping will take anywhere from 2-5 business days according to how far your shipping address is to our fulfilment center.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on how far you location is from our fulfillment center and how heavy your parcel is.
You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
