BLUSTONE SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to processing and delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping timelines, and delivery responsibilities.
1. Order Processing
We require 1–3 business days for production and fulfillment.
This means we will prepare, pack, and ship your order within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
During high-volume periods, capsule releases, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We typically deliver U.S. orders within approximately one week after shipment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally; however, delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver all orders.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, transit interruptions, or delivery errors.
Shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.
5. Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address:
• The customer must contact us via email
• We will process a refund once the returned package is received
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Shipping fees, typically ranging between $6 and $8, will not be included in the refund amount.
If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.
Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs inspections
• High seasonal demand
